Volvic rolls out 100% rPET bottle

Danone’s natural spring water brand Volvic will be packaged in 100% rPET bottles in Switzerland and Germany by the end of the year; while 100% rPET bottles wil be used across its whole US portfolio from 2021.

EU sets out 30% recycled content target for plastic bottles

Plastic bottles in the EU will contain at least 30% recycled content by 2030, according to European Union targets. EU member states have also agreed to achieve a 90% collection target for plastic bottles by 2029.
