Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company has completed, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Coca-Cola HBC Holdings BV, the acquisition of approximately 52.7% of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Egypt S.A.E. (CCBCE).
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is providing Egyptian dairy and juice producer, the International Company for Agricultural Industries Projects, S.A.E (Beyti), with a $44m loan.
