Constellation Brands: Leveraging data and consumer-centric thinking
Constellation Brands has appointed Ricardo Dalmas as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA).
Ricardo will lead the SIA function at Constellation, leveraging data and consumer-centric thinking to inspire what is next for Constellation’s brands, innovations, channels, and investments.
Constellation’s SIA team serves as an internal strategic consulting and execution partner providing actionable insights, counsel, and data to the organization in alignment with the consumer-led decision making. This function is part of the larger Growth, Strategy & Digital organization focused on driving innovation, delivering on current and future trends through consumer insights, and enabling industry-leading digital transformation.
Dalmas brings significant consumer and corporate strategy, insights and analytics, and brand and commercial leadership experience to the role. He joins Constellation from Nestle USA where he led the Consumer & Marketplace Insights team responsible for insights and analytics across the company’s US food and beverage divisions with household name brands. Dalmas also led Strategic Initiatives at Ventas Inc., a real estate investment trust with a diversified portfolio, and held previous leadership roles at McDonald’s and PepsiCo.
Dalmas earned his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for America Needs You – IL, a nonprofit organization helping first-generation college students achieve their academic and career ambitions.
