4. AHMET BOZER – $6.372m ($7.343m, 4)
Bozer is smiling, and well he might! The Turkish-born executive – who started life at Coke in 1990 as a financial control manager based in Atlanta – profited from stock awards, award options and incentive pay to stay hot on Fayard’s heels in 2013.
Coke’s Compensation Committee raised his base salary by 11.7% to $680,000 to reflect his new position at executive VP and president of Coca-Cola International, which puts him in charge of operations in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Eurasia & African and Latin America.
Bozer also has the luxury of a company car and private driver, as do Kent, Reyes and Reyes’ wife, who has her own vehicle.
