PepsiCo scores MUFC sponsorship goal in Asia-Pacific

PepsiCo have teamed-up with arguably the second best team in English football Manchester United - I'm a Liverpool fan - to sponsor the club in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Burma, Cambodia, Laos and Brunei.

As MUFC's official soft drinks partner, PepsiCo will will hold exclusive rights to use Manchester United branding on its products and point of sale materials within these markets and tap a fan base of 38m+ consumers across the seven countries.

According to ManUtd.com: "Connecting this fan base to PepsiCo’s strong portfolio of brands is expected to unlock new growth opportunities and further increase the reach and popularity of the Manchester United and Pepsi brands in the region."

MUFC group MD Richard Arnold said: "Manchester United and Pepsi are two iconic brands and the club is delighted​."
