Automation Spiroflow acquires Food Control Solutions
Spiroflow Holdings has acquired Food Control Solutions, and says it plans to become one of the top 50 worldwide system integrators in two years.

Food Control Solutions was established in 2000, providing automation technology to the food and dairy industries. It has since become a recognized system integrator for Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation and a certified Wonderware system integrator.

Jeffrey Dudas, co-chairman, Spiroflow Holdings, said the two companies are ‘well positioned’ to become one of the top 50 worldwide system integrators within two years and will cross sell its bulk material handling equipment to existing Food Control Solutions customers.

The acquisition was completed on April 1, 2015,  Food Control Solutions has customers across the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe from four offices located in Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Cleveland, OH, and Cedar City, Utah.

Spiroflow Systems, based in Charlotte, NC Metro area, and Spiroflow in the UK part of Spiroflow Holdings makes bulk bag fillers, flexible screw conveyors, Aeroflow aero mechanical conveyors, Cableflow tubular cable drag conveyors, Dynaflow tubular chain drag conveyors, and case packing, carton loading, palletizing and robotic palletizing.
