Augustus Bambridge-Sutton is a senior reporter for FoodNavigator. He has been with the FN team for two years and covered a wide range of topics within the food and beverage industry including consumer trends, regulation, and food tech. A particular focus on commodities has brought him to Thailand to investigate palm oil production, Côte d'Ivoire to explore the cultivation of cocoa, and Ireland to report on the dairy sector. He has also covered food science extensively and has interviewed figures from Washington DC's Institute of Protein Design and London's Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein. His articles have been adapted for audio format for people with visual impairments, and used for educational purposes for A-Level students. Before FoodNavigator, Augustus worked as a staff writer for children's news magazine The Week Junior, and wrote freelance for publications such as Literary Review and Psychology Today. He has a Master's Degree from Royal Holloway, University of London.
