She holds a BA(Hons) in Communication Design from Glasgow School of Art, as well as a Master’s degree in Gastronomy from the Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche, where she developed a multidisciplinary perspective on food systems, sustainability, and health. Olivia is deeply passionate about evidence-based reporting, genuine sustainability, and advancing global health outcomes through nutrition.
