He joins from Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages USA, where he served as Senior Director, Brand Marketing.
The company said he played a key role in building and scaling Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in the USA, driving growth, expanding premium brands and strengthening consumer-centric initiatives.
In this new role he is working closely with the wider leadership team to drive the business’s strategic priorities, strengthen the portfolio, and deliver added value, quality, and experience for consumers, the company said.
He joined Nestlé in 2008, holding roles across brands such as Perrier, San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Nestlé Pure Life, and Maggi.
Conquet leads the UK Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages team, a standalone global business within the Nestlé Group and owner of brands such as S.Pellegrino, Aqua Panna, Buxton, Princes Gate, and Nestlé Pure Life waters.
The business has recently been accelerating its growth in the premium beverages category, with recent UK launches including Inspired by Buxton Peak and Maison Perrier.
Conquet said: “I’m excited to be joining the team at such a pivotal time. The business has strong momentum and an exceptional portfolio of brands. I look forward to building on this success and deliver even more value for our customers and consumers.”
He succeeds Stefano Bolognese, who left Nestlé in April 2026, after 26 years with the company.
It comes as Nestlé sold 50% of its water business to investment firm Platinum Equity earlier this year.
The 50:50 joint venture will change name to Peranel and will continue to be led by CEO Muriel Lienau. It will house over 30 global and beverage brands.
The Swiss multinational first announced plans to sell a stake in its waters division back in 2024. It is thought this was part of a plan to streamline its portfolio.
