Nestlé Waters acquires US distributor Watchung Spring Water Co
As part of the acquisition, Nestlé will acquire the Watchung service and assume the lease for the building in which Watchung operated.
The acquisition will broaden Nestlé’s ReadyRefresh footprint across the New Jersey counties of Monmouth, Ocean, Mercer, Atlantic Cape May and Cumberland, as well as expanding capacity across the area. ReadyRefresh by Nestle Beverage Delivery Service provides bottled water brands and flavoured waters, including Deer Park, Nestlé Pure Life, Perrier and S. Pellegrino.

The purchase agreement was signed on October 9 and the transaction closed on November 1.
