Berlin Packaging acquires Vincap & Adolfse in The Netherlands

Berlin Packaging has continued its European expansion by acquiring Vincap and Adolfse Packaging in the Netherlands (jointly, Vincap & Adolfse).

Vincap & Adolfse have experience in food and beverage closures and pharmaceutical packaging with operations in Northern Europe. 

North America

The acquisition has been completed and integration of the two companies is underway.

Berlin Packaging is a $2.6bn global supplier of rigid packaging products and services with a stronghold in North America. It operates in Europe through its Bruni Glass division, headquartered in Milan, Italy and its Bruni Erben division, headquartered in Hadleigh, England. 

Benelux

As a supplier of plastic, cork, and metal closures and plastic packaging in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) for over 20 years, Vincap & Adolfse offers a range of products and packaging expertise. 

It will be integrated into the Bruni Glass organization, marking Berlin’s 10th acquisition since 2010 and the fourth in Europe since 2016.
