Seymour Ferreira, CEO, ABG, said it will retain all employees in a move to become a global company.
It currently owns over 130 brands including Riga Black Balsam, Moskovskaya Vodka, Rooster Rojo Tequila and Cosmopolitan Diva.
“Our strategy is focused on the large markets that will allow us to continue our growth plans,” said Ferreira.
“We currently have 10 primary markets we are focusing on including the US, Canada, Italy, Spain, Portugal, UK, Australia and Russia.
“Having the Permalko team onboard will make our position considerably stronger in this growing market.”
Permalko has over 20 kinds of spirits including vodka, balsam and liqueurs and exports to the CIS countries, Europe, the US and Africa, as well as Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok and Irkutsk.
ABG headquarters are in Luxembourg with distribution partners in Russia, Mexico, the UK, Australia and the Baltics.
