Johnnie Walker launches premium Gold Label Reserve in US
Diageo will sell Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve whisky in the US from this fall in a limited edition reflective gold bottle.
The firm describes the Scotch – pictured, suggested retail price $87 (750ml), as a “luxurious, multi-layered whisky with a smooth balance of sweet fruits and creaminess with a light smoke”.
The blend includes Clynelish single malt, and master blender Jim Beveridge describes it as an “exciting blend that offers a distinct new flavor for current Johnnie Walker fans and an appealing taste for people newer to Scotch whisky”.
