Fill, seal machine targets small companies, seasonal production

The UK-based company is selling the Fastfill40, which is also available to hire.

The Fastfill40 container filling and sealing machine operates at up to 40 packs per minute. It is targeted at companies producing drinks, yoghurts, cream, sauces, dips, dressings, liquid dessertsand similar products.
It can seal pre-cut lids as well as film from roll stock material. A date coder can be added to the machine.
The machine is built using stainless steel and has removable parts for easy cleaning.
The Fastfill40 can be used for liquid and dry products such as cereals, nuts and confectionery. Different sized pots can be handled through a quick release locator.
"It is the perfect choice for those who want to do small batch runs, or who have lower volume production needs," the company stated.
