Amcor scores
Drinks company Stock Vital has launched its new product line, Carpe Diem fresh, using the latest packaging technology from Amcor. The company felt that Amcor's PET system provided the best barrier protection, and that the firm's AmGuard multi-layer bottle, which features the company's revolutionary Bind-Ox multi-layer active scavenger technology, was ideally suited for the product.
Carpe Diem is also the first commercial product to be packaged using Amcor's latest base technology for carbonated beverages. Amcor's design team at its Centre of Excellence in Brecht, Belgium has developed the Low Hybrid Base, a new six-footed base combines the sleek, smoothness of a champagne base with the structural strength of the so-called petaloid base.
The transparent 500ml bottle is produced at Amcor's Centre of Excellence in Brecht, Belgium. http://www.carpediem.com/ Carpe Diem is now in stores in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, South Africa and Monaco. The new range, which consists of three drinks, is being marketed as a health-sustaining product.
