Revolutionary Cooling Systems (RCS) has launched the new Cooper Cooler rapid beverage chiller. The company claims that the device can chill wine, beer and soft drinks in around a minute.

The product, which was unveiled at the World Wine Market in San Francisco early this month, works 90 times faster than a refrigerator and can be adjusted to chill to various temperatures.

The Cooper Cooler is a household counter-top appliance that utilises a unique patented chilling process. The device features a series of horizontally rotators that spray ice-water on the beverage to allow for even and rapid chilling without any disruption to the product.

The company claims that the rotating motion is perfectly safe for carbonated drinks like beer and soda, which will not foam over or explode upon opening.

There is also a no spin option for chilling delicate wine. This ensures that the bottle is not rotated but only sprayed with ice-water.

The World Wine Market is one of the most important international events for the US wine and beverage industry. It brings buyers and sellers together for three full days to sample and compare the new wines, explore new business opportunities and highlight new products.

This years' event attracted the manufacturers and producers from North America, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and South Africa.
