Rockware Glass has produced single 275ml bottles for Diageo UK's successful Archers Aqua ready-to-drink leading schnapps brand.

Archers Aqua is aimed specifically at the adult female market. Available in four variants, Archers Aqua is a blend of schnapps with cranberry, peach, lime and orange flavours.

The Archers Aqua range was developed as a result of extensive consumer research by Diageo. The research identified that women were looking for a recognisable brand, stylish presentation, fresh tastes and flavour variety when choosing an RTD to drink.

"The sleek, feminine bottle design of Archers Aqua incorporates Archers Schnapps' distinctive red logo and signature translucent frosting and bubble motif,"​ said a Rockware statement.

The full-length sleeves, a gravure printed in nine colours by Decorative Sleeves, feature a pearlescent lacquer made from specially formulated ink. The ink has tactile properties to create the surface effect of etched glass.

"These elements give strong shelf stand out as well as consumer recognition with the parent brand. Differentiation between the flavours is achieved by colour highlights according to the fruit variety,"​ the statement added.
