Ardagh Group is looking to expand its programme for recycling softening pellets to its sister plants after winning a Resource Recovery Award by the International Water Association (IWA).

US food giant General Mills is to increase wholesale prices on
several categories of foods in response to rising raw materials
costs. The increase is thought to be between two to nine per cent
on selected lines.
Inspection systems manufacturer Lock has added to its metal
detector series by launching the Compact Vertical Fall, which is
said to be 25 per cent smaller than the previously available
standard systems.
