In this two-day interactive broadcast, FoodNavigator will profile the technology, ingredients and culinary science powering the next generation of meat- and dairy-free innovation. It be asking how the sector can maintain momentum and truly take a bite out of conventional meat and dairy sales.

The Protein Vision series will consist of two 1.5-hour sessions on 3rd and 4th of December. Each broadcast will include interactive presentations, fireside interviews and panel discussions, as well as audience polling and Q&A.
