With the theme for 2019 as 'crafting the future', there will be a special emphasis on innovative adult drinks without alcohol, alongside debate about the two key issues of plastic and health. The event will be opened by Tim Warrillow, Chief Executive Officer of Fever-Tree and includes other key craft innovators Ceder’s, The Duchess and Seedlip as well as newcomers with entries in cannabidiol, cold brew coffee and kombucha.
Two key sessions in the day will be Sorting Plastic and Solving Health.
The day will conclude with the 2019 InnoBev Awards to celebrate the best in global beverage innovation across 18 categories of products, marketing and sustainability.
