The American Beverage Association
The American Beverage Association (ABA), the national trade organization for manufacturers and distribution of non-alcoholic beverages, has announced the election of new officers and members to its Board of Directors.
The members elected to serve a first term are: Shane Grant, chief executive officer, North America, Danone; and Andy Peykoff II, chief executive officer, Niagara.
At ABA’s Board of Directors meeting this month, the Board voted to re-elect Matthew Dent, president and chief executive officer, Buffalo Rock Company, as Board Chair. Other officers elected include: Bill O’Brien, chief executive officer, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, as Vice Chair; and Ralph Crowley, president and chief executive officer, Polar Beverages, as Treasurer.
Those elected to serve for an additional term are: Bradley “Brad” Goist, chief operating officer, Refresco; Derek Hopkins, president, cold beverages, Keurig Dr Pepper; J. Andrew “Andy” Moore, co-president, Bigfoot Beverages; Paul Mulligan, co-founder and chief executive officer, Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages; Jean Claude Tissot, president, Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages; John Torgerson, chief executive officer, Bernick’s; and Kirk Tyler, chairman & chief executive officer, Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
