Australian wine institute initiates study to help grain growers coexist with wineries

Though several research projects have already studied the impact on wine flavours of smoke from bushfires and controlled burns, there has been little analysis of the lasting impact of stubble fires from nearby grain fields.

The new beer has an ABV of 5% and will be available through the summer at select locations.
