Sweet & spicy? Tio Gazpacho gets fruity
Gazpacho Rosado is the latest addition to Tio Gazpacho’s lineup, combining watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, red peppers, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, shallots, olive oil, white wine vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper for extra kick.
The HPP-treated drinkable soup is organic, vegan, and dairy free, and will be available in selected retailers on the east coast in 2016, founder Austin Allan told us: "We're aiming to launch in February to make sure it's on shelves in time for spring."
