Brettanomyces is a spoilage yeast producing ethyl-phenols in wine. Bio-Rad developed a new analytical and quantitative diagnostic tool, VINEO™ Brettanomytest, to prevent its presence. The risk for ethyl-phenols can be avoided for wine producers.
