Isodiol International has acquired cannabis-based beverage company Equvest which owns Pot-O-Coffee, Pot-O-Tea, and Pot-O-Coco.

Pot-O-Coffee product line consists of two variants for cannabis infusion; one infused with cannabis plant-extracted tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil and non-psychotropic cannabidiol (CBD) derived from agricultural based Hemp Oil.

Marcos Agramont, CEO, Isodiol International, said the line of cannabis-infused single-serve coffee, tea and cocoa drinks fits perfectly with its product offerings and gives it a good position in the explosive cannabis beverage market.

"This is another exciting step in our ongoing efforts to add significant value to our portfolio of premium cannabis brands," he said.

"These on-trend brands extend our international consumer base across traditional and non-traditional retail businesses, creating great value for our shareholders in the ever-expanding cannabis market space."

Isodiol International makes pharmaceutical grade cannabis compounds and is a pioneer in Hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD), including 99% pure crystalline isolate, micro-encapsulation, and nano technology for topical skin care products.

Cass Riese, founder/CEO, Pot-O-Coffee, said what started as a simple passion for a premium infused cannabis beverage, has grown into a line of products that are beginning to be recognized across the US and internationally.

This is an exciting time for us,' said Riese.

"The Isodiol International company values our brand beliefs and is committed to continuing to use the highest quality ingredients and superior craft methods that deliver the creativity and flavor our consumers and fans love today."

The company which opened a Pot-O-Coffee (POC) Cannabis Café with Surf City Collective in Los Angeles in 2015, recently hired Daniel Zuckerman as chief operations officer and head of sales.
Zuckerman has worked in the cannabis space for over three years and was director of Military Sales for Monster Energy.

"Over the last three years, I have seen this industry explode, especially in terms of marketing and packaging," he said.

Equvest, through its brand Pot-O-Coffee, licenses intellectual properties for the production of THC, CBD and Heneplex-infused products targeting the expanding medical and recreational cannabis retail markets.

The Pot-O-Coffee product line features ingredients, including 100% Arabica coffee, fresh cut tea leafs, and chocolate. Each product is infused with either THC for a more traditional cannabis experience or CBD for medicinal relief without the “high” effect.
