The energy drink market is the fastest growing segment of the European soft drinks industry, so how are newcomers looking to get in on the action?

FoodNavigator spoke to energy drinks manufacturers at the recent SIAL expo in Paris and found innovations in flavours, packaging and ingredients, in an effort to tap into the momentum behind the energy drink boom.
