The wife of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne has told Larry King she believes energy drinks were to blame for their daughter Kelly’s seizure last year.

On March 7 last year, 28-year-old TV host Kelly Osbourne suffered a seizure on the set of Fashion Police when speaking with guest Melissa Rivers – at the time doctors were puzzled as to the cause.

Interviewing Sharon Osbourne (herself a TV host) yesterday on his show, Larry King Now, King asked: “Kelly didn’t she faint or something, she collapsed?”

“She did, she had a seizure,” Osbourne replied. “And my thought was – you know those energy drinks, whichever one she was taking, she would guzzle that back, because they record her show early in the morning.

“It’s like seven in the morning, and you have to be ready and on set. And I think it was that that did it,” she added.
