Coca-Cola Germany says it will take time to consider the written judgement handed down by the Hamburg Regional Court, which ruled that PepsiCo's 'Carolina' glass bottle did not illegally resemble Coke's hallmark 'Contour Bottle'.
After BeverageDaily.com broke this news yesterday, Geert Harzmann, head of bottler communications for Coca-Cola Germany, told this publication: "We have just received the written judgment which we will review thoroughly. As this is an ongoing procedure, we will not comment further on this."
