The US-based rigid packing giant last week announced that the takeover of the California-based wine packaging specialist would boost annual sales in its own WinePak division to around US$120m.
This deal doubles TricorBraun WinePak’s sales force and means it now has offices in Northern and Southern California, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia, said the company.
Trilogy recently opened a high-tech $2m- repacking system in Northern California that provides over 65% more warehousing space than in its previous location.
