Soda Folk has launched five low calorie, low sugar sodas, in black Cherry, mandarin Orange, G&T inspired Juniper, Prosecco-inspired chardonnay Grape and cider-inspired Breton Apple.

The company was created as an alternative to alcohol beverages by Colorado native, Ken Graham, in 2015, when he moved to London and was homesick for Coloradan Root Beer.

Since we launched Soda Folk two years ago, we’ve found our way into hundreds of stockists across the UK,” he said.

“We’re really proud that we’ve helped popularise American-style root beer and cream soda, but when it was time to create some new flavors, we knew we wanted to try something different.

“We asked ourselves could we make a range of sodas that had the same flavor impact, using all natural ingredients, but without the added sugar.

“It took over a year of tinkering in the Soda Folk kitchen, but we managed to cook up five new flavors that fit the bill. We think our drinks will introduce Soda Folk to a much broader market.”

Graham said the beverages are sold in 330ml glass bottles, targeting expectant mothers, tee-totallers, or those avoiding alcohol to cut down on calories or to look after their health.
