Post-merger, AFSA will have sole control over the flexible packaging business of Nampak.
Amcor is a global packaging company that manufactures and supplies rigid and flexible packaging products into the food, beverage, healthcare, home and personal care and tobacco packaging industries.
Nampak Flexibles conducts the business of manufacturing, printing, selling and distributing a variety of flexible packaging products in South Africa.
Its products are supplied to customers in the food, beverage, pharma/healthcare and other areas and others are exported to other African countries.
