Hydramotion said its T10 slender probe viscometer is suitable for use in food processing and can be fitted in all locations, and in any orientation.
The company said that the main applications for the probe is in the production of baby foods, coffee and soup mixes.
According to the manufacturer, a T10 in the feed line will give the production manager tight control over the viscosity of the concentrate before it is pumped into the drying chamber, thereby improving productivity and enhancing the uniform quality of the product.
