The global plastic closure manufacturer provided the DoubleSeal SuperShorty closure for Darguner Brauerei’s beer segment two years ago.
According to Bericap, when combined with the new PCO 1881 neck, the closure range achieves a resin saving of up to 25% compared to standard PET finishes. In addition to reduced packaging costs, the use of fewer raw materials contributes to environmental sustainability.
The DoubleSeal SuperShorty is suitable for mineral water and carbonated soft drinks up to 8 g CO2 /l, and the closure ensures safe release of liquids from bottles up to 2,5 l in capacity.
