One of the leaders in the production of food trays, including bakery, case-ready meat, and frozen food, APT has appointed George Frederick as VP of sales, marketing, and technical sales. Frederick served previously with Otis Spunkmeyer, where he built business in food service and bakery, and Unilever Foodsolutions.
Taking on the management of APT’s equipment engineering is Bill O’Brien. O’Brien will take responsibility for planning and managing major equipment operations at the company’s various thermoforming plants throughout North America and Europe. O’Brien joins from Winpack Portion Packaging.
