PepsiCo rolls out green range of beverage cups
PepsiCo is introducing a range of green packaging options for its food service cups in the US.
The new range of products includes a recyclable PET cup that contains 20 per cent recycled content and compostable paper cups and wax cups made from plant-based materials.
Margery Schelling, CMO PepsiCo Foodservice, said: “The new cups are an advancement in technology, but also in the way we communicate. Customers increasingly are asking for environmental products that match changing needs, expectations and lifestyles.”
